Our experienced team has roots in the estate sale industry and we are commonly contracted to empty and ready houses for the closings and the market. We are happy to move possessions decided to be kept to the approprate space, assist in designating the rest as “consign”, “donate”, or “sell”, and then get those items to their designated places in order to begin those items on their second, third or even 10th life! We work with ethical donation sites and send as little as absolutely possible to landfills. We are super happy to present clients with a donation receipt to ensure capitalization of tax benefits as well.

Whether it’s listing items on Facebook marketplace, donating to a church, the Pride center, natural disaster victims, or Habitat for Humanity; we find a use and a second life for all possible items. We are mindful of our planet and hate to see waste, in any form. We work with a lot of consignment stores and estate sale companies as well as auctioneers. We aim to have a resource fit for every circumstance.

We can be frequently seen stuffing the little libraries found on street corners and in yards with books we are tasked with donating. We are happy to make accommodations for donation centers of choice and provide a receipt. We also usually have a surplus of clean mattresses that are available to a needing home, so please inquire if you need a free second hand mattress or if you know someone or an organization that is looking for bedding.

We clear spaces, big and small, both residential and commercial, leaving them market-ready and broom swept. We often work directlly with real estate agents, powers of attorney and client’s family as we understand the delicacy moving or selling an estate.
